Are there any import duties or taxes on the Keepsake?

A song cannot be trademarked - trademarks protect brand names and logos, not creative works. Because the song is AI-generated, copyright protection on AI works is still evolving and varies by country, so we cannot promise the song is copyrightable in your jurisdiction. Commercial use (selling the song, using it in ads, syncing in commercial videos) is not included by default - if you have a commercial use case, contact us so we can discuss a separate license.

Can you edit my existing song, or does a revision make a new one?

Each revision generates brand-new versions of your song - the AI creates fresh takes rather than editing the existing audio, so it cannot change just one word or line in the track you already have. Tell us what to change (lyrics, genre, mood, the singing voice, more details) and we regenerate from your full brief plus your feedback. Your current version stays available the whole time so you can compare, and you can keep requesting changes until you pick your final version (each plan includes a set number of revisions). You finalize and download once you have chosen the version you love.
