Our Policy

Digital Song orders are eligible for a full refund if you have not yet confirmed a version. Song + Gift Card and Keepsake Music Magnet orders are not eligible for a refund - these are customized gifts made specifically for you that cannot be returned or reused.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on an eligible Digital Song order, contact us through live chat or email support@echowish.ai before confirming your version. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Damaged Physical Items

If your printed gift card or keepsake magnet arrives damaged or defective, email support@echowish.ai within 14 days of delivery and we will review your case.
